1 Application Form (Original) Application Forms properly purchased from concerned bank branch counter, duly filled in by the party with all relevant information & signature.
2 Documents of Identification Voter Card/ PAN Card/ Passport of Applicant / Co-applicant if any (in case of individuals)
    Memorandum of Association (MOA) (in case of company), Registration Deed, Deed of Partnership (in case of partnership firm) & Resolution.
    Bye-law in case of society, Resolution of the society.
3 Residential Proof Telphone Bill/ Electricity Bill / Passport / Gas Connection 
4 Photographs 02 PP size Recent Photographs of Applicant / Co-applicant if any
5 Financial Documents  
  -Salaried Persons Salary Slip/Certificate of the last 03 months
    ITR for last 03 years (Wealth Tax Clearance if value is more than 1 lakh)
    Certificate from DDO vide Sec 58 of WBCS Act 1983. (format provided with the application form)
  - Professionals Income Tax Returns for last 03 years  (Wealth Tax Clearance if value is more than 1 lakh)
  - Company/Firm Income Tax Returns for last 03 years, Audit Report  for last 03 years  (Wealth Tax Clearance if value is more than 1 lakh)
  - Society Audit Report & audited statements for last 03 years, Audit Fees clearance 
6 Bank Statement Applicant's Bank Statement for last 01 year
7 Loan Details from other sources, if any. Loan Sanction Letter
    Repayment Schedule
    Track Record of repayment certified by the lending institution.
    No Dues Certificate from local financial institutions
8 Valuation Report & Assessment Receipts Govt. Valuation Certificate of the specified land to be authenticated by an engineer / architect approved by bank. Assessment Receipts (khajna dakhila etc. must be upto date)
10 Compliance with Land Reforms Law, Urban Land  (Ceiling & Regulation) Act 1976 Ensure that Acts & Provisions of Law are not violated (may be referred to approved Legal Advisor) 
11 Owner's Contribution - 25% (of the Govt. Valuation of land) as Owners Contribution (Cash Deposit) 
12 Securities - 25% FDR/ CC in JCCB Ltd (30% in case of NSC / KVP etc.)
    -Value of land must cover the full amount of loan. Registered Deed of Mortgage must be excuted in favour of bank.
    - 02 Guarantors (salary statements / financial viability of guarantors must be obtained)
13 Details of Life Insurance if any Attested photocopy of last premium receipt to be obtained from the party 

ALL PHOTOCOPIES OF DOCUMENTS MUST BE DULY ATTESTED BY GAZETTED OFFICER
** Before submitting to the respective branch advisory committee ensure that all the above documents are obtained.
