		Legal Hypothecation Deed (by owner of the land, if the enterpreneur is NOT owner of the land where business is proposed to be established)
		Trade License of current year
		Sales Tax / VAT return for the current year
		Professional Tax Receipt for current year

*Where there is 'co-applicant'; documents in respect of both applicant and co-applicant should be obtained.
*Where there is 'Farm/ Company'; documents in respect of All Partners / Directors and Farm/Company should be obtained.
** Here Partners means All Partners of a Partnership Farm and or All Directors/ Partners of a Company.
*** Before submitting to the respective branch advisory committee ensure that all the above relevant documents are obtained.
**** Before forwarding to HO attach the recommendation of the respective branch advisory committee and enclose the Credit Rating Form duly filled in.
